I came into the session expecting maybe reiki or some energy healing thing, but what unfolded was far more profound. It felt like an unfurling—a gentle place to land, wrapped in permission to open, soften, and let the body reveal its own messages.

What I loved most was that my body led the way. Adrianna didn’t impose an agenda or try to take me somewhere I wasn’t ready to go. I’ve experienced a lot of modalities that unintentionally override the body’s sovereignty, but this was the opposite. It was a return to trust. A remembering.

Instead of going straight to the womb, Adriann guided my system through what needed to de-armor first, so that when we did arrive there, it was from a place of truth, not force. The whole experience felt safe, compassionate, and deeply honoring—a space where I could be with what was crunchy without shame, and meet it with love instead of performance.
